BloomWitness faux flowers are made from high-quality silk and eco-friendly polymer materials. We recommend gently dusting with a soft dry cloth or feather duster every two weeks. Avoid direct water washing or chemical cleaners to preserve the color, texture and natural feel of the petals.

While our products have some UV resistance, prolonged exposure to strong direct sunlight may cause gradual color fading. To extend the aesthetic lifespan, we recommend placing them in a well-ventilated semi-shaded indoor area.

Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours. Due to hand-trimming and shaping required for some premium series, processing time may be extended to 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number after shipment.

International orders have an estimated delivery time of 7-15 business days depending on destination. We partner with quality logistics providers to ensure comprehensive protection during long-distance shipping.

Please take photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact our customer service team. We will provide a full refund or free replacement for damaged items, with all shipping costs covered by us.

Non-customized products support no-reason returns within 7 days. Returned products must remain in original packaging and unused. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the buyer in this case.
