Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love what you ordered. If anything isnt right or doesnt meet your expectations, you may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Issue Reporting

If any items are missing or you received the wrong item, please report the issue to our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please let us know and we will replace it for you as soon as possible.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
  • If the return is not due to product damage/shipping error/defect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you have multiple packages, please process items from each box as a separate return.
  • Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective. For defective items, please contact our customer service directly.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted for the same style/product at the same price.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different style/product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
  • All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock when the return is received, we will issue a refund instead.

Replacements

Replacements are only for wrong, missing, defective, or damaged items; refunds are not available under this policy.

If you received the wrong item, you need to return it first before we can process a replacement.
